Cheery Color Palette: Art School
This week’s color palette by Nighthawk327 is a bright palette to cut through those dreary days that seem to be coming more frequently now that winter is creeping nearer. I really love red and teal together, I think they contrast nicely against each other. I also like the green colors that push them apart in the palette. I think this palette could be used as a slight twist on the traditional Christmas design colors, red and green. This nice brick red color plays well with the non-Christmas-traditional greens. I think the greens are more of a moss or sage, than a evergreen color. I like it. Then the teal blue is a nice contrast to the brick red. I think a Christmas tree with these colors would be so beautiful. Traditional, but not.
What do you think? Do you like this color palette? Would you use it for anything?
